“ Joni (manager) and Emilio, plus others have always made our eating experience stellar. My friends from the law firm and I have made it a point to visit THE FLYING BISCUIT because it is always so good. The food is not overbearing in saltiness nor sweetness. Having had medical concerns I pay attention to these factors. Most excitingly, the staff remembered me. Perfect for customers with disabilities, sturdy chairs and tables for big guys like myself, plentiful parking and attention to detail in all the food. To my surprise, I asked for my waffle to have strawberries and whipped cream. They placed the whipped cream in a cup but for a reason. Upon flipping the whipped cream cup onto my waffle, sprinkles were added to the bottom of the cup so as to create a cascading effect over the sweet meal. Emilio, my server, was watching from a distance to see my reaction. I am so grateful and the world must know about these details. GO AND TELL THEM VIRGILIO SENT YOU. ”

She failed to mention the size of the toast could feed a family by itself but the meal included sausage eggs grits and the best biscuit I’ve had in a while. To make it better, they give you cranberry apple butter. ”
“ Very inviting atmosphere. I had the “High Flyer” which came with 2 eggs, choice of meat, grits and choice if either pancake or waffles, I chose the waffle. Also chose the chicken sage sausage patties. Eggs were nice and fluffy, creamy grits are one of the best. I highly trecommend this place. come early though because it gets packed. ”

Ask for Susana she’ll take the best care of you with knowledge of the menu, choice recommendations, anticipated your needs and a beautiful disposition The food comes out quickly, made with fresh ingredients. It gets crowded on the weekends so don’t sleep too late because they close at 3:00 ”

We were sat down almost right away even though they were busy. My server was so great! She was friendly took time to answer my questions about the menu and made great recommendations, Thank you Morgyan for taking such great care of my family! My mom loved her meal the high flyer I loved your recommendation of the southern comfort scramble. The atmosphere is so great and fun! We are definitely coming back!!!
